Delete your account in the app

You can delete your account at any time, directly in the KARO EU app:

  1. Open the KARO EU app and log in
  2. Open the Profile tab
  3. Tap Delete Account
  4. Tap Delete to confirm

Your profile, your listings and your login are removed immediately.

Don't have the app anymore? Send us a deletion request from any email address and include the phone number you used to log in:

⚠️ Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

Data Action When
Account, phone number & profile Deleted Immediately
Favorites & recently viewed Deleted Immediately
Your car listings Deleted Immediately
Listing photos Deleted Within 30 days
Chat messages you sent Deleted Within 30 days

Until your messages are deleted, the people you chatted with can still see messages you sent them. We do not keep any other copy of your data after deletion.

Your GDPR rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"). We process every deletion request within 30 days.
